My name is Melissa Mahanes. I am a licensed massage therapist with over two years of professional experience providing personalized, therapeutic massage services. My goal is to help each client reduce pain, relieve stress, improve mobility and support their overall health and well-being through customized treatment. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you are seeking relief from muscle tension, recovery from physical activity, chronic pain management, or simply an opportunity to relax and recharge. I take the time to listen to your concerns and create a treatment plan that best supports your wellness goals. Arrival New clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary intake forms. Arriving early allows your session to begin on time and ensures you receive the full benefit of your treatment. Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to accommodate the scheduled appointments that follow. The full appointment fee will still apply. Illness Policy To help maintain a healthy environment for everyone, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever, cold, flu, COVID-19, or other infectious conditions. If I become ill, I will extend the same courtesy and contact you promptly to reschedule your appointment. Confidentiality Your privacy is respected at all times. All personal information, health history, and treatment records are kept confidential and will never be shared without your written consent, except as required by law. During your massage session, conversation is entirely at your discretion. Whether you prefer to talk or enjoy a quiet, relaxing experience, your comfort will always guide the session. Professional Conduct Massage therapy is a professional healthcare service. Appropriate professional boundaries are expected and maintained at all times. Any inappropriate, sexually suggestive, or abusive language, behavior, or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-hour notice.
Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the outstanding balance has been paid.
